We’re Not Just an Agency Anymore.

I didn’t set out to be a company.
I set out to do good.

When I started chillibeanmedia, it was just me, my laptop, a couple of brave clients, and an idea: that we could use creativity to shift culture and grow generosity.

It started as a ‘digital agency’ working with clients and charities, causes, and values-led organisations. We helped launch campaigns that put clients on the front cover of newspapers, gained media attention and also raised millions for good causes. We helped rebranded change-makers, and designed the digital infrastructure behind social movements. I was [and still am] proud of the work—but I knew it wasn’t enough.

Because the truth is, good ideas get stuck all the time. Not because people don’t care, but because the systems, tools, and support just don’t exist to help them grow. The impact space was full of passion, but too often running on broken tech, shallow campaigns, or no real infrastructure.

So I asked a really hard question: what would it look like if we built the whole thing? Could that even be possible??

Building the Ecosystem for Impact

That’s where this evolution began…and now we’re almost 4yrs down the track.

chillibeanmedia is no longer ‘just’ an agency. We are now a company – a group of businesses and platforms, each built to power impact from a different angle.

We’ve created a structure that allows us to think bigger, move faster, and make sure that everything we do – every campaign, every product, every platform – is designed to help people doing good, do better.

This isn’t a pivot for the sake of growth.
It’s a pivot for the sake of impact.

Three Businesses. One Mission.

We’ve grown into a company with three core businesses:

cbm.agency

Our original creative engine – still leading the way in digital media, fundraising strategy, storytelling and brand development for purpose-led organisations.

techBean

Sitting under the guiding leadership of CTO, Muhammad Moaz Ahmed, the new arm focused on building smart tech and AI solutions for nonprofits and businesses. This is where we build the tools that help teams scale – from smart websites, to apps to platforms to AI-first innovation. The world needs good tech – and we are providing that to the world, we’re changing the world, one line of code at a time.

kindpeople.

Our ethical fashion label that lets people wear their values. We design beautiful, sustainable clothing that funds good causes and puts kindness into circulation. kindpeople. is now bringing ethical and sustainable garments to the wholesale side plus will soon allow for full-customisation via ‘print on demand’ services. kindpeople.’s best days are ahead of it.

Each brand stands on its own, but together they create something much bigger: an ecosystem of creativity, technology and commerce that serves people—not just profit.

Why This Structure Matters

We’re not chasing “disruption” for the sake of headlines.
We’re not trying to be a conglomerate or a Silicon Valley startup.

We are building infrastructure.
We are creating a new model.

One that doesn’t silo fundraising, branding, and technology—but brings them together under one mission: to help the people who make the world better, do it at scale.

It gives our partners more than a campaign—they get an ecosystem to plug into.
It gives our team the space to innovate across mediums, platforms, and industries.
And it gives our community of changemakers more tools, more stories, and more reach.

The Platforms That Power It

Alongside our core businesses, we also own and operate:

  • Shopnate – Australia’s leading shopping-and-giving platform.
  • gvrapp – A donation and crowdfunding tool that simplifies giving.
  • fundraiz.ai – The world’s first AI-powered end-to-end fundraising platform.

These aren’t just side projects—they are central to our mission. Each one solves a real problem, and together they prove what’s possible when good technology meets good intention.

What’s Next

This change isn’t about us.
It’s about building something that lasts longer than any one campaign, platform or trend.

We’ve helped raise over $50 million for good causes. We reach billions of people through our campaigns each year. And we donate hundreds of hours of pro-bono work annually.

But the real win is this: We are just getting started.

To our partners, our team, and the people who’ve been part of this journey: thank you.

To the people we haven’t met yet—
The ones building, dreaming, launching, struggling, scaling, hoping to make a difference—

We’re building this for you.

Let’s grow impact, together.
